We run small-group and private tours across Oahu with safety, certified guidance, and transparency as our highest priorities. Review our terms below to understand reservation standards and messaging policies.
All reservations made through Aloha Hawaii Tours and Travel are subject to availability and confirmation. A confirmed booking requires valid payment details and traveler contact information.
When booking for a party or private tour, the lead guest assumes responsibility for providing accurate party numbers, dietary or accessibility notes, and ensuring all group members understand tour schedules and requirements.
We recommend booking your Oahu guided experiences in advance to secure preferred dates, particularly for Pearl Harbor USS Arizona Memorial and Turtle Canyon Waikiki Snorkel excursions.
Standard small-group tours may be cancelled or rescheduled with full refund up to 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled departure or guest no-shows are non-refundable due to reserved vehicle seating and guide scheduling commitments.
Ocean and outdoor excursions depend on safe island weather conditions. If a snorkel tour or outdoor activity is cancelled by our crew due to high surf, small craft advisories, or safety concerns, you will receive the option to reschedule or obtain a full refund.
Guests agree to follow the safety instructions and guidance provided by our certified local guides and vehicle operators throughout each tour.
Certain tours involve walking on uneven terrain, boarding marine vessels, or snorkeling in open ocean waters. Guests are responsible for assessing their physical readiness before participating.
Aloha Hawaii Tours and Travel maintains standard commercial operating insurance. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought on tour vehicles, boats, or historical sites.
